James Dean and cousin Marcus Winslow pose at the grave of Cal Dean, James’ great-grandfather. Dennis Stock wrote that they were both “struck by the coincidence,” as Jimmy played Cal Trask in East of Eden (1954). Jimmy would be buried in the same cemetery seven months later.
